Candidates should e-mail Prof. Webb with a CV, a statement of research interests, and contact information for references who can provide letters of recommendation to discuss potential opportunities. Candidates are expected to have or receive a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline. A strong background in statistical mechanics, molecular simulation, and programming is preferred.
- We are recruiting highly motivated and creative graduate students to spearhead projects in our growing group! Current and prospective students are encouraged to reach out to Prof. Webb to discuss interests and specific opportunities; prospective students should also apply by following the instructions here. Previous experience in programming or molecular simulation techniques is helpful but not required.
- Prof. Webb is happy to discuss research/fellowship opportunities (e.g., summer internships, junior independent work, senior theses) with exceptional undergraduate students. Students who work in the group are likely to have existing interest in mathematics, coding/computation, thermodynamics, chemical physics, or materials design. If interested, please e-mail Prof. Webb, including a letter of introduction and a CV/resume.
